Fit chocolate cake

INGREDIENTS

145 g Oatmash Chocolate Amix

20 g ISOPRIME CFM Chocolate Amix Protein

10 g defatted cocoa powder

10 g baking powder

50 g ground almonds

25 g erythritol (to taste)

210 ml skimmed milk (or whatever you usually use)

1 tsp vanilla flavoring

45 g unsweetened milk chocolate

Get a protein dessert by adding Whey Pro Fusion or any of Amix's flavored proteins .

ELABORATION

  1. Mix the flour, protein, baking powder, ground almonds, cocoa and sweetener (if dry). Sift everything except the sweetener and almonds, which are not necessary.
  2. Add the milk and vanilla and mix well (if the sweetener is liquid, add it now).
  3. Add the chopped chocolate and mix in (the pieces should not be too small).
  4. Place in a greased mould and bake for 15 min at 180º.
