Are you going to resist? Surprise yourself and your loved ones with this delight but, be careful, it's addictive! Who still thought that a balanced diet was boring and left no room for indulgence?
Yogurt cake with muesli
INGREDIENTS
For the base:
90 g of Amix Strawberry Vanilla Protein Muesli
70 g dates soaked in hot water to soften them
For the filling:
180 g strawberries
110 g date caramel (crushed dates with a little water)
120 g of raspberries + 40 g more for the filling
The zest of an orange
3 sheets of gelatin
250 g of natural, sugar-free Greek yogurt
100 ml of whipping cream
Get a protein dessert by adding Amix Nitro Whey or any of the whey proteins .
ELABORATION
For the base:
- Place the muesli in a food processor and blend lightly. Drain the dates, add to the food processor and blend again until you get a sticky sand.
- Cover the bottom of a mold (15 cm) and set aside.
For the filling:
- Hydrate the gelatin in cold water.
- Chop the strawberries with the 120 g of raspberries, add the date caramel and orange zest and microwave at maximum power for 3 minutes.
- Add the drained gelatin to the strawberries.
- Add the Greek yogurt and stir until smooth.
Finally:
- Allow to cool before adding the whipped cream.
- Add the cream using folding movements and finally the remaining raspberries.
- Pour over the muesli base and refrigerate overnight.
- Decorate with white chocolate, muesli, strawberries and raspberries.
- Enjoy!
