White chocolate truffles with pistachios and coconut
INGREDIENTS
50 g pistachio cream
50 g of sugar-free white chocolate
35 g of grated coconut + a little more for coating
Get a protein dessert by adding Amix Nitro Whey or any of the whey proteins .
ELABORATION
- Melt the chocolate in short 30 second intervals.
- Add the pistachio cream and grated coconut and mix until smooth.
- Store in the refrigerator until solidified (10-15 minutes)
- Remove from the refrigerator, form balls with your hands and coat in shredded coconut.
- Keep at room temperature.
