Pistachio cake, delicious!
INGREDIENTS
Base:
10 g fat-free cocoa powder
20 g erythritol
120 g sugar-free wholemeal biscuits
90 g butter
Stuffed:
215 g 0% cream cheese
230 g mascarpone
200 ml light cooking cream
50 g erythritol
130 g pistachio cream
25 g chopped pistachios
7 sheets of neutral gelatin
If you want to give it a protein touch, you can always add a teaspoon of one of our protein powders .
ELABORATION
- Mix the cocoa with the erythritol and the crushed cookies.
- Add the melted butter. Mix well and pour into the mould, pressing down. Store in the fridge.
- In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients except the chopped pistachios and gelatin.
- Once they are all well integrated, add the gelatin sheets (hydrated) one by one and dissolve well.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped pistachios. Mix.
- Place the base in the mould (carefully) and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- It would be ready by now!
