Sports supplements are food products that are taken orally and help supplement your regular diet. It is important to note that all supplements are regulated by law and are labeled according to current regulations. It should be noted that any supplement must be integrated into a diet and training plan environment appropriate to your goals.

On our home page you will find a section that will serve as a guide. In any case, to obtain optimal results we recommend that you consult a health professional for more personalized guidance.

You can find the recommended daily dose in the information sheet for each of the supplements on our website. It is important not to exceed the recommended daily dose.

Depending on the type of supplement you consume, they can be taken at different times. On the label of each product you can find the ideal time to take it.

Most of our supplements do not have negative interactions with each other. There are some supplements that are best not mixed, such as energy or thermogenic supplements, due to their high caffeine content. Our recommendation is that you consult a health professional to advise you on which specific supplements you want to take can be mixed and which cannot.

On the product sheet you can find out if the product in question contains any components that you cannot take. It also indicates if it contains traces due to the manufacturing environment.

PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING

AmixStore offers various payment methods so you can make your purchase in our online store with the greatest convenience and security.

Credit/debit card

Completing a purchase via credit or debit card is immediate, which will speed up the processing of the order and its delivery.
AmixStore has an e-commerce payment gateway, through which all data provided is hosted on a secure server certified according to the SSL “Secure Socket Layer” protocol, and is therefore encrypted to ensure maximum security. Under no circumstances will the data be stored in the payment gateway, and will only be kept while the purchase is made and the payment is made. As such, AmixStore reserves the right to refuse payment for a transaction that is considered illegal. Any and all activities considered illegal will be immediately reported to the competent authorities.

The aim is to protect credit or debit card holders by reducing the likelihood of fraudulent use during transactions. This protocol is used by Visa, under the designation “Verified by Visa” and by Mastercard, under the designation “SecureCode”.

Please note: Payments are always made in Euros, even if prices are displayed in other currencies. Some banks may charge fees for currency conversion. AmixStore is completely unrelated to this procedure and accepts no liability for it.

Paypal

Completing a purchase through PayPal is immediate, which will speed up the processing of the order and its delivery.
PayPal is a secure payment method used worldwide which allows you to send money to anyone with an email address. For more information about this payment method, please visit www.paypal.com.

Payment by PayPal has a 2% commission

Orders placed before 2:00pm will be processed and shipped the same day (Monday to Friday) provided payment has been made by credit/debit card or Paypal. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

If the order has been made by bank transfer, we will send the order once we have received confirmation of payment from our bank. This process may take 1 to 5 business days, depending on the country from which the transaction was issued.

Once the order has been placed for delivery, it will be delivered to the customer within 24 hours by express transport. For some locations far from urban centres, delivery may take a maximum of 48 hours.

If any questions or suggestions arise regarding the order, we will contact the customer by email. Until the possible problem has been resolved, the order will not be sent to the recipient. If the problem is not resolved within 3 business days, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be reimbursed for the payment.

Shipping costs are free for orders of €26 or more.

Shipping costs for orders under €26 are €7 + VAT.

If the customer wishes to return one or more items, they may do so within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is intact, sealed, complete and in its original packaging. Returns of damaged products, products with signs of having been used or without the original packaging and labelling are not accepted.

To exercise the right to return, the customer must contact our customer service by sending an email to info@amixstore.com with the subject “Order return + “order number”. The items to be returned must be specified and how the refund is to be made, preferably through the original payment method.

The customer can also opt for our pick-up service, which costs €20. In this case, when contacting our customer service, they must indicate a day and place of collection. Collections will take place from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 19:00. However, if the customer is absent on the agreed date, a new collection attempt will not be made and the return must be made by another method.

Once we receive the return at our facilities, we will issue the corresponding refund within a maximum period of 7 business days using the payment method chosen by the customer. We do not issue refunds to payment methods other than the original order.

If we receive one or more items in poor condition or that do not meet the requirements mentioned above, the customer will lose the right to a refund.

To exercise the right to make a claim, the customer must contact our customer service department by sending an email to info@amixstore.com with the subject “Order claim + “order number”. The claim must be specified and an image of the items for which the claim is to be made must be attached.

In the event that AmixStore is responsible for the claim, the order will be replaced, returned or refunded, reaching a satisfactory agreement with the customer.

In the event that the transport agency is responsible for the claim, AmixStore will resolve the incident as soon as possible and will provide a response to the customer to replace, return or refund the order, reaching a satisfactory agreement with the customer.
