Ice cream and chocolate hemispheres

The first piece of advice we can give you to enjoy a Christmas without excesses is to continue with your usual training rhythm. If you can't do it for any reason, under no circumstances stop it completely. Stay active, keep moving, and don't abuse a sedentary lifestyle. This is very important, above all, because it will be difficult for you not to eat more than you are used to and you will inevitably fall into excesses. Christmas is not a good time to set new goals, but it is a good time to stay fit and continue with a healthy lifestyle. On the other hand, opting for healthy recipes and fit alternatives to traditional sweets is another great option. And now... Here is the recipe, step by step, to make these delicious Ice Cream and Chocolate Hemispheres.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients for the base

2 Dunky (Dark donut with White choco cream)

100 ml water

50 g Protein pudding chocolate flavour from Amix

Ingredients for ice cream

20 g Mr Popper's Stevia

400 ml light cooking cream

20 g IsoPrime CFM protein vanilla flavor

20 drops vanilla flavor

Ingredients for the topping

60 g unsweetened milk chocolate

Chopped almonds (optional)

ELABORATION

  1. Mix the water with the Pudding until it forms a cream.
  2. Add the two crumbled Dunkys. Create a dough.
  3. Put everything in a silicone mold, pressing down on the bottom. Put in the freezer.
  4. For the ice cream, mix all the ingredients and place in the freezer (stir every 30 minutes, about 3 times so that ice does not form).
  5. Take a semi-sphere mould and put a layer of melted chocolate in it. Put it in the fridge (if you don't have a mould, you can cover the ice cream with chocolate on top).
  6. At 2 hours, using a cookie cutter, cut out a portion of the chocolate layer and place on a plate.
  7. Fill with ice cream, one of the chocolate toppings and remove very carefully so that it does not break.
  8. Place on the chocolate base and decorate with chopped toasted almonds.
  9. You now have your delicious Ice Cream and Chocolate Hemispheres ready to enjoy and surprise your loved ones. Delicious!
