Dalmatian filled donuts
We have an endless number of ultra-processed products at our disposal that we can consume as often as we want. Nobody is stopping us! However, the quality of our life and the state of our health depend on our appropriate decisions. Is it possible to design our own treats and alternatives that take care of us and integrate into the fit lifestyle that we so strongly advocate? Yes, it is! Why give it up then? Experimenting in the kitchen, trying different recipes and venturing into foods that may have been unknown to us until now, reveals a wide range of possibilities full of benefits. Dare to try these filled Dalmatian Donuts and never fall back into unhealthy and harmful options. Have you decided to try it? Take note!
INGREDIENTS
150 g Mr. Popper's OatMash White Chocolate Flavour
25 g defatted cocoa powder
5 g baking powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
320 ml Skimmed milk
12 g honey
30 g Agave Syrup
Stevia (not too much)
160 g unsweetened milk chocolate
100 g sugar-free white chocolate
Get a protein dessert by adding Amix Nitro Whey or any of the whey proteins .
ELABORATION
- Sift the flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder and mix everything well.
- Add the milk, honey, agave and stevia. Mix well.
- Add 60 g of melted milk chocolate and mix it in
- Pour the mixture into moulds, previously greased with margarine, and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
- Melt 100 g of milk chocolate and, using a pastry bag or syringe, pour it into the top of the donut in different areas (do this when the donut is not hot).
- Melt the white chocolate and cover them (this will cover the holes that were made to put the filling in)
- Decorate them with sugar-free chocolate chips
- Enjoy!
