Pudding Cake, zero regrets
INGREDIENTS
Cake
100 g of Amix OatMash vanilla flavoured oat flour
10 g of erythritol or sweetener to taste
7 g baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 Egg
130 ml unsweetened almond milk (or whatever you normally use)
Pudding
70 g of Amix Chocolate Pudding
210 ml of water
3 sheets of neutral gelatin
Get a protein dessert by adding Amix Nitro Whey or any of the whey proteins .
ELABORATION
- Sift the flour, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well.
- Add the milk, egg and sweetener. Mix well again.
- We put it in the mold (previously lubricated with margarine) and put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
- We mix the pudding powder with the water until we achieve a creamy texture.
- In a cup, put a finger of water. Heat in the microwave, add the hydrated gelatin sheets and stir. Pour over the pudding.
- We put it in the mold and put it in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
- After that, all that's left to do is assemble the layers. You can do this in individual or cake format.
