INGREDIENTS
45 g of Amix chocolate flavour Oatmash
15 g of Iso Prime CFM Chocolate Protein from Amix
1 tbsp defatted cocoa powder
8 g baking powder
110 ml of skimmed milk (or whatever you usually use)
Sweetener to taste
25 g of Amix chocolate pudding
75 ml cold water
ELABORATION
- Mix the flour, protein, cocoa, sweetener (as long as it is solid, since if it is liquid you will have to add it in step 2) and yeast.
- Add the milk and mix well. Put it in a greased mould and put it in the oven for 15 min at 180 °C. Set aside.
- Mix the water with the pudding until it forms a cream. Set aside.
- In a small glass, place pieces of cake (breaking them up with your hand). If it's from the inside, it's better to avoid the outer crust so that it's fluffier.
- Then add a layer of pudding and finish with the muesli.
- Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat it… delicious!
