You need:
- 100 ml egg white
- 1 cup of oat flour
- a level teaspoon of baking powder
- a touch of cinnamon powder or a few drops of vanilla essence (optional)

In a bowl, beat the egg whites with the flour, the chosen spice and the baking powder. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
