You need:

  • 100 ml egg white
  • 1 cup of oat flour
  • a level teaspoon of baking powder
  • a touch of cinnamon powder or a few drops of vanilla essence (optional)
  • a teaspoon of coconut oil

In a bowl, beat the egg whites with the flour, the chosen spice and the baking powder. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.

On a very hot griddle with coconut oil, drop spoonfuls of the mixture and cook on both sides to make the patties. Eat as is or dress with a low-calorie sauce .

For 8 servings you need:

  • 250 ml of skyr yogurt
  • 250 ml egg white
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of whey protein
  • a tablespoon of pure, defatted cocoa powder
  • 15 grams of stevia powder
  • low calorie caramel syrup

Place all the ingredients, except the syrup, in a blender. Mix well and pour into ramekins or flan dishes made of microwave-safe material.
