Mini cakes with nuts and chocolate

INGREDIENTS

For about 6 mini cakes the size of a cupcake pan you need:

130 g of nuts (you can use a mix or your favourite organic fruit). In this case we have used walnuts and almonds.

70 g of dates.

6 teaspoons of chocolate Nutella

80 g of 85% sugar-free dark chocolate.

Get a protein dessert by adding Amix Nitro Whey or any of the whey proteins .

ELABORATION

  1. Start with the base. To do this, put the nuts in a food processor and blend until they almost begin to release their fat.
  2. Add the dates (they must be previously soaked in hot water for at least 10 minutes) and blend again until combined.
  3. We place small portions in cupcake molds and shape the base.
  4. We add a teaspoon of Nuttamix to the center of each cake, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and add the chocolate on top of each cake.
  5. We refrigerate and once the chocolate is solid, we unmold it.
  6. You now have the Mini Nut and Chocolate Tarts ready to eat!
