Fit Digestive Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

85g of our Oatmash white chocolate flavoured oat flour

3 g baking powder

25 g rice flour

45 ml skimmed milk

30 g erythritol (or sweetener to taste)

60 g of our

½ tsp baking soda

10 g EVOO

Unsweetened milk chocolate (for the coating)

Get a protein dessert by adding Amix Nitro Whey or any of the whey proteins .

ELABORATION

  1. Mix the flours, baking soda, erythritol and yeast.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Using a rolling pin, flatten the mixture leaving a layer of a few millimeters.
  4. Using a cookie cutter, glass or knife, shape it.
  5. Place on baking paper and bake for 12 minutes at 180ºC (depending on thickness).
  6. When cool, cover with melted chocolate (you can put chocolate on the plate and spread the cookies over it, being very careful with your fingers, to avoid leaving marks).
  7. Before they cool completely and the chocolate hardens, use a toothpick to make lines simulating the original Digestives (optional)
  8. Enjoy!
