Fit Digestive Biscuits
INGREDIENTS
85g of our Oatmash white chocolate flavoured oat flour
3 g baking powder
25 g rice flour
45 ml skimmed milk
30 g erythritol (or sweetener to taste)
60 g of our
½ tsp baking soda
10 g EVOO
Unsweetened milk chocolate (for the coating)
Get a protein dessert by adding Amix Nitro Whey or any of the whey proteins .
ELABORATION
- Mix the flours, baking soda, erythritol and yeast.
- Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
- Using a rolling pin, flatten the mixture leaving a layer of a few millimeters.
- Using a cookie cutter, glass or knife, shape it.
- Place on baking paper and bake for 12 minutes at 180ºC (depending on thickness).
- When cool, cover with melted chocolate (you can put chocolate on the plate and spread the cookies over it, being very careful with your fingers, to avoid leaving marks).
- Before they cool completely and the chocolate hardens, use a toothpick to make lines simulating the original Digestives (optional)
- Enjoy!
