If you often make the recipes we share, you are surely already totally convinced that a regular, fit diet, geared towards different objectives, is anything but boring or unsatisfactory. And there are many exquisite options so that each new day is a discovery that surprises our palate . Today we recommend you try this sugar-free and lactose-free chocolate flan, super easy!
Sugar-free and lactose-free chocolate flan
INGREDIENTS (For two people)
180 g of banana
20 g of cocoa
30 g Almond Cream
2 ½ sheets of gelatin
30 ml of soy drink
Raspberries to place inside each flan
Get a protein dessert by adding Amix Nitro Whey or any of the whey proteins .
ELABORATION
- Place the gelatin in cold water
- Heat the soy drink in the microwave for 1 minute, drain the gelatin and dissolve it in the hot drink.
- Add the drink to the banana mixture and stir until smooth.
- Pour into two silicone molds, place two raspberries inside each flan and place in the freezer for 1 hour to prepare them faster, or in the refrigerator for 3 hours or until solid.
- Carefully run a knife around the edge of the flan to remove it from the mold.
- Decorate to taste and enjoy!
