Red berry donuts

INGREDIENTS (6 donuts)

2 Eggs

115 g of lemon yogurt

30 ml Milk

20 ml Olive oil

1 tsp yeast + ½ baking soda

80 g Amix red fruit flavoured oat flour

1 tsp freeze-dried blueberry powder or a few drops of pink food coloring

20 g fresh raspberries

Get a protein dessert by adding Amix Nitro Whey or any of the whey proteins .

ELABORATION

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the lemon yogurt, milk and olive oil and mix until smooth.
  2. Separately, mix the oat flour with the baking soda, baking powder and blueberry powder.
  3. Combine this mixture with the liquid ingredients.
  4. Break the raspberries into small pieces and divide them into the moulds.
  5. Pour the mixture into the moulds over the raspberries and tap it so that it rises well on the sides of the mould.
  6. Bake for 18 minutes (preheated to 180º).
  7. Unmold while still hot and allow to cool to room temperature.
