Our dear @laura_fit always surprises us and this time she has done it with a special Valentine's Day recipe that we don't want to miss. Without a doubt the best idea to put into practice that love is celebrated 365 days a year. Love for you and your loved ones, surprise yourself and surprise them! Brownie hearts in three, two, one... Let's go!
Brownie hearts, pure love!
INGREDIENTS
120 g Oatmash chocolate flavour from Amix
5 g baking powder
20 g fat-free cocoa powder
150 ml skimmed milk
1 heaping tbsp Amix almond cream
Stevia from Amix (to taste)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
100 g unsweetened milk chocolate
Chocolate Nutella
Red dye
Get a protein dessert by adding Amix Nitro Whey or any of the whey proteins .
ELABORATION
- Mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder.
- Add the milk, 60 g of melted chocolate, the egg, vanilla, stevia and almond cream. Mix well.
- Place in a greased mould and bake for 15 min at 180º (use a 20x20 square mould or whatever you have).
- When cool, cut in half to fill.
- Make a heart shape on the top and cover with 40 g of melted chocolate. Place in the fridge for 5 minutes to harden.
- Mix Nuttamix with the food colouring and put a generous layer between the brownie layers. They are ready!
