Our friend @laura_fit has created this wonder that lives up to the sweetest whim. A two-chocolate cake that will leave you and your loved ones speechless. Do you think we're exaggerating? Well, get to work and let yourself be surprised!
Two-chocolate cake, a healthy pleasure
INGREDIENTS
20 g ISO PRIME CFM chocolate flavour
120 g OAT MASH chocolate flavor
5 g Yeast
20 g Erythritol
1 Egg
1 tsp defatted cocoa powder
180 ml of skimmed milk (whatever you normally drink)
Nutella white chocolate
Nutella milk chocolate
80 g Sugar-free milk chocolate
Get a protein dessert by adding Whey Pro Fusion or any of Amix's flavored proteins .
ELABORATION
- We mix the flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, protein and yeast.
- Add the milk and mix well.
- We add the egg and continue mixing.
- Divide the dough into two batches and place the first one in a mould greased with margarine. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Repeat with the rest.
- We cut each half so that each cake has two squares.
- We put a sponge cake when it is cold, then a layer of white Nuttamix, put it in the fridge for 10 minutes. Then another layer of chocolate Nuttamix and, again, 10 minutes in the fridge.
- We put another piece of cake and repeat the layers of Nuttamix. We finish with a layer of cake.
- Melt the sugar-free chocolate and cover the already formed pieces. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
