Horchata cake

INGREDIENTS

For the base:

120 g sugar-free wholemeal biscuits

60 g margarine/butter/nut spread

For the cake:

500 ml homemade horchata (or one that is natural, without sugar)

30 g ISOPRIME CFM protein white chocolate from Amix

6 sheets of gelatin

100 g erythritol

300 g 0% whipped cheese

Get a protein dessert by adding Amix Nitro Whey or any of the whey proteins .

ELABORATION

  1. Crush the biscuits and add the melted butter. Mix well and place on the base of the mould, pressing down.
  2. Place in the refrigerator or oven for 10 minutes at 180º. Set aside.
  3. Mix all the ingredients (except the gelatin) and beat with the mixer until there are no lumps.
  4. Put a finger of water in a cup and heat it in the microwave. Then add the hydrated gelatin sheets and dissolve. Add to the mixture and mix.
  5. Pour over the cookie base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
