Chocolate cream cake with strawberries, exquisite!
Our @marisel.orozco has prepared this delicious Chocolate Cream Cake with Strawberries that we share with you today. A fit alternative to other less healthy treats that interrupt our evolution and can harm our health. Whenever we choose to make delicious recipes at home, we will be sure that we are including quality ingredients. INGREDIENTS
For the base:
130 g of Amix Chocolate and Coconut Protein Musli
75 g dates soaked for 15 minutes to soften them
2 teaspoons Amix coconut oil (melted)
For the filling
400 ml of soy drink
60 g date paste
20 g of Amix Chocolate Protein Pudding
30 g cornstarch
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
Cinnamon and vanilla
Strawberries for decoration
Get a protein dessert by adding Amix Nitro Whey or any of the whey proteins .
ELABORATION
For the base:
- Place the muesli in a food processor and blend.
- Add the drained dates and melted oil and process again to combine everything.
- Divide into a 20cm mould and bake at 180º for 10 minutes, with the oven preheated.
For the filling:
- Reserve 100 ml of soy milk and dilute the cornstarch.
- Place the remaining ingredients over medium-high heat to warm.
- Stir occasionally to dissolve the cocoa and chocolate protein and, when it is almost smoking, remove from the heat. Add the dissolved cornstarch and continue stirring over the heat for approximately 3 minutes, until it thickens.
- Pour over the base and refrigerate.
- Decorate with strawberries and enjoy!
