Today we speak with judoka Fran Garrigos.
Fran Garrigos tells us that his discipline provides a multitude of values. Sport transforms and imbues the personality of those who practice it. For him, the greatest lesson he can highlight is “striving every day to achieve a dream” . Fran started judo at the age of four and throughout his career he has achieved great success. Getting to know Fran Garrigos better
When and why did you start judo?
I was a bit of a restless child and when I was four my parents decided to sign me up for judo, to see if I could tire myself out a bit.
What does judo bring to your life?
Judo teaches a lot of values. I would highlight, above all, the need to strive every day if you want to achieve your dream.

What I can never miss in my daily routine is: Iso HD, Re-core and multi HD proteins .
Which competition do you remember most fondly?
The competition I remember most fondly is the 2014 Junior World Championships. I won and we were in Miami. It was an incredible week.
What are your plans for 2021?
The goal this year is the Tokyo Olympics. This year I will compete less to better prepare for the Games.
Do you have any habits before getting on the mat?
I don't usually have any manias, I like to have headphones on and listen to music until I go out onto the mat.
