Tiramisu donuts, irresistible!
INGREDIENTS
125 g of our Oatmash chocolate flavoured oat flour.
95 g neutral oat flour.
5 g baking powder.
1 egg and 1 yolk.
45 g erythritol (or sweetener of your choice)
110 ml skimmed milk.
30 g of our Iso Prime CFM protein in mocha-chocolate-coffee flavor.
60 ml strong coffee.
For the filling:
100 g mascarpone.
6 drops vanilla essence.
ELABORATION
- Mix the flours, protein, erythritol and yeast.
- Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
- Place in the greased mould and bake for 15 min at 180ºC.
- When cold, cut in half and fill.
- For the filling, mix the mascarpone with the vanilla.
- Cover with melted chocolate and place in the refrigerator to harden.
