Almond butter and pomegranate bonbons
INGREDIENTS
80 g of 85% chocolate.
60 g of Amix Almond Nut.
5 tsp pomegranate seeds + a little more to place on top.
ELABORATION
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave at low power, in short 30-second intervals.
- Mix the almond cream and pomegranate seeds. Reserve a few more pomegranates to place on top of the chocolates.
- Distribute in silicone molds and store in the refrigerator until solidified.
- Pomegranate seeds can be made into chocolate muesli.
