Carrot Cake Donuts, a healthy treat!
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
200 g egg whites
140 g of Amix white chocolate flavoured oat flour
20 g (1 sachet) of Iso Whey Protein white chocolate flavour
½ sachet of yeast
250 g grated carrot
Sweetener to taste
Chopped walnuts (optional)
Get a protein dessert by adding Whey Pro Fusion or any of Amix's flavored proteins .
ELABORATION
- Mix the ingredients, except the grated carrot, in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
- Add the grated carrot and mix well with a fork.
- Using a spoon, spread the mixture into a donut mold.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180º and… ready!
