Cream and chocolate sponge cake
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for the cake:
175g of our Oatmash chocolate flavoured oat flour
10 g baking powder
15 g fat-free cocoa powder
40 g erythritol
1 tbsp chocolate cream
250 ml whipping cream
220 ml almond milk
Ingredients for the topping:
60 g sugar-free white chocolate
Red liquid food coloring (optional)
ELABORATION
- Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
- Add the milk and Nuttamix and mix very well.
- Whip the cream with the erythritol and add to the mixture little by little, using folding movements.
- Place in a greased mould and bake for 35 min at 180º.
- For the topping, melt the white chocolate and add a few drops of red food colouring (optional). Cover the cake when it has cooled. Put it in the fridge to set.
