Luckily, it is not necessary to give them up, as there are many fit alternatives that are perfect for the whole year and that satisfy the desire for sweets. We understand that you find it hard to believe and, for that reason, we are going to prove it to you. Today we share with you this recipe for Almond Boats from our dear @laura_fit that never ceases to surprise us. Almond boats, simply delicious!
INGREDIENTS
For the base:
5 g baking powder
1 tsp defatted cocoa powder
125 ml almond milk (or whatever you usually use)
35 g ground almonds
Get a protein dessert by adding Amix Nitro Whey or any of the whey proteins .
35 g erythritol (or the sweetener you normally use)
20 g unsweetened milk chocolate
For the cream:
50 g Mascarpone
65 g Amix almond cream
ELABORATION
- Mix the flour, almond, erythritol, cocoa and baking powder.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
- Bake in greased moulds for 20 minutes at 150º.
- Dip the base in melted chocolate and let it cool in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- When it cools, add the cream (mixing the ingredients very well).
