Psyllium husk* (Plantago ovata - plant), CRUSTACEAN CHITOSAN (PRAWNS), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), stabilizer: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; polydextrose (Litesse® Ultra), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
