Payments and shipments

Credit/Debit card

The purchase through the credit or debit card is immediate, which will expedite the processing of the order and its delivery.

PayPal

The realization of the purchase through PayPal payment is immediate, which will expedite the processing of the order and its cast.

PayPal payment has a 2% commission

Orders made before 2:00 p.m. will be processed and released on the same day (Monday to Friday) as long as the payment has been made by credit/debit card or PayPal. Orders made over the weekend will be released on Monday.

No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

If the order has been made by bank transfer, we will send the order once we have the confirmation of the payment by our bank. This procedure may take 1 to 5 business days, depending on the country from which the transaction has been issued.

Once the order is delivered, it will be delivered to the customer in 24hs by urgent transport. For some locations away from urban nuclei, delivery can take a maximum of 48hs.

If any doubt or suggestion arises regarding the order we will contact the client by email. Until not resolving the possible incidence, the order will not be sent to your recipient. If the incidence is not resolved within 3 business days, the order will be canceled and its payment reimbursed to the customer.

Shipping costs for amount less than € 26, amount to € 7 + VAT.

If the customer wishes to return one or more items, it can do so within 14 days of the receipt of the order, as long as the product is intact, sealed, complete and inside the original package. No returns of damaged products are accepted, with signs of having been used or without the container and original labeling.

To exercise the right to return, the client must contact our customer service, sending an email to info@amixstore.com with the issue “Request return +“ order number ”. The items you want to return must be specified and how you want the refund to be made, preferably through the original payment method.

The client can also opt for our collection service that has a cost of € 20. In this case, when you contact our customer service, you must indicate a day and place of collection. Collection will be made from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. However, if the client were absent on the agreed date, a new collection attempt will not be carried out and must return by another method.

When we receive the return in our facilities, we will carry out the corresponding refund within a maximum period of 7 business days through the payment method chosen by the client. We do not make reimbursements to other payment methods that are not the original order.

If we receive one or more articles in poor condition or that do not meet the aforementioned requirements, the client will lose the right to be reimbursed.

To exercise the right to claim, the client must contact our customer service, sending an email to info@amixstore.com with the issue “APPLICATION +“ Order number.

In the event that Amixstore was responsible for the claim, the replacement, refund or reimbursement of the order will be made reaching a satisfactory agreement with the client.

In the event that the Transport Agency was responsible for the claim, Amixstore will resolve the incidence as soon as possible and will give a client response to perform the replacement, return or refund of the order reaching a satisfactory agreement with the client.
