ChelaZone® magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate chelate), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), ChelaZone® zinc (zinc bisglycinate chelate), bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; coating agent (anti-caking agents): magnesium stearate; cholecalciferol (vitamin D), menaquinone (vitamin K2).

Take 1 capsule a day with one of the main meals with plenty of water.
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. The product is not intended for children of any age. Keep the product out of reach of young children.
