PepForm® tryptophan peptides (WHEY PEPTIDES, L-tryptophan), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

People weighing up to 80 kg: Take 1 capsule with 200 ml of water 30-60 minutes before physical activity and 1 capsule with 200 ml of water in the evening before going to sleep. People weighing more than 80 kg: take 2 capsules with 200 ml of water 30-60 minutes before physical activity and 2 capsules with 200 ml of water in the evening before going to sleep.
