Polymères de glucose (maltodextrine), peptides de viande bovine hydrolysée HydroBeef™ - 30%, poudre de cacao (saveur chocolat uniquement), polysaccharides de riz, monohydrate de créatine tamponné (Kre-Alkalyn®), amidon de maïs hydrolysé à chaîne ultra-longue de haut poids moléculaire, amylopectine d'amidon d'orge (Vitargo®), maltodextrine résistant à la digestion (Fibersol®-2), acides aminés ramifiés instantanés (BCAA 2:1:1 - L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), L-glutamine micronisée, arôme, triglycérides à chaîne moyenne (poudre MCT - triglycérides d'acide caprylique/acide caprique, caséinate de sodium, sirop de glucose, émulsifiant : E472c), graines de lin moulu (BevGrad™ XtraSmooth), stabilisant : carboxyméthylcellulose de sodium ; émulsifiant : lécithine de SOJA ; jus de betterave (saveur fruits rouges) ; chlorure de sodium, édulcorants : sucralose, acésulfame-K et glucosides de stévia.
Mix 50g (1 heaped scoop) of Opti-Mass™ Beef with 250-300ml of water. Mix using an Amix™ hand blender or electric mixer. Take after physical activity and on rest days take between main meals as a snack. Take 1-3 shakes depending on physical activity or diet.
