L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate 24.3%, L-citrulline malate 24.3%, L-arginine ethyl ester hydrochloride 12.2%, L-arginine alpha-ketoisocaproate 12.2%, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water , colorant: calcium carbonate), betaine hydrochloride 3%, stabilizer: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose Methocel®; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Take 5 capsules approximately 2 hours after breakfast and 5 capsules 30-60 minutes before physical activity with plenty of water. On days when you do not exercise, take 5 capsules before lunch and 5 capsules before dinner with plenty of water.
