Dextrose 46%, maltodextrin (glucose polymers) 30%, crystalline fructose (derived from corn) 10%, isomaltulose* (Palatinose®) 5%, acid: citric acid; magnesium citrate (magnesium), dicalcium phosphate (calcium, phosphorus), disodium phosphate (sodium, phosphorus), dipotassium phosphate (potassium, phosphorus), flavouring, beetroot juice (flavours: fruit punch and orange), colour: curcumin (flavours: orange and lemon); sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame-K, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. *source of glucose and fructose.

Take 1-3 scoops (40-120 g) depending on the intensity of the physical activity. To prepare an isotonic drink, mix one scoop (40 g) with 500 ml of water. (Osmolarity 285-305 mOsm/1000 ml). To prepare a hypotonic drink, mix one scoop (40 g) with 750 ml of water.
