Creatine hydrochloride, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Methocel®; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
2-4 capsules.
Take 2-4 capsules with a glass of water, preferably 30-45 minutes before physical activity. On days when you do not exercise, take 2-4 capsules during the day. It is recommended to drink 2-3 liters of water daily while using this food supplement.
