Take 3 tablets a day. Take 1 tablet with 200 ml of water before physical activity, 1 tablet with 200 ml of water during physical activity and 1 tablet with 200 ml of water after physical activity.
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. The product is not suitable for children of any age.
