Ascorbic acid (vit. C), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, colors: calcium carbonate, tartrazine and sunset yellow CFC), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vit. E), calcium D-pantothenate (vit. B5 ), nicotinamide (vit. B3), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6), zinc oxide, thiamine hydrochloride (vit. B1), riboflavin (vit. B2), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; cyanocobalamin (vit. B12), folic acid, biotin.

Take 1 capsule with 200 ml of water with one of the main meals.
