High molecular weight barley starch amylopectin (500,000-700,000) (Vitargo®), buffered creatine monohydrate (Kre-Alkalyn®), acidifier: citric acid, flavor, beet juice (only in orange flavor), color: curcumin (only in orange and lemon flavors); sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame K.
A. - Loading Phase: 225 g (75 gx 3= 225 g). Take 75 g (2 scoops) 3 times a day. – Day 1 to 5: Take 3 shakes of Vitargo® +Kre-Alkalyn® a day. One of the doses should be after physical activity and the other two doses are recommended between meals. B. - Maintenance Phase 75 g (2 scoops) 1 time a day – From day 6 onwards: Take 1 shake of Vitargo® +Kre-Alkalyn® once a day, preferably after physical activity.
Mix 2 scoops of Vitargo® + Kre-Alkalyn® (75 g) with 200 ml of water and stir vigorously for 1-2 minutes. Immediately add another 200-400 ml of water and stir vigorously again for 1-2 minutes. Take before physical activity or immediately after.
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. The product is not suitable for children of any age. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose! Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
