Amix™ Protein Blend 45% (CFM® whey protein isolate and concentrate from MILK, restructured MILK micellar casein); rice flour, buckwheat flour, skimmed MILK powder, EGG WHITE powder, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate; sodium chloride.

Mix 40g (2 scoops) with 100ml cold water and whisk vigorously until creamy. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil or butter, reduce heat to medium, add the mixture to the pan and cook.
