Mix 50g (1 heaped scoop) of Opti-Mass™ Beef with 250-300ml of water. Mix using an Amix™ hand blender or electric mixer. Take after physical activity and on rest days take between main meals as a snack. Take 1-3 shakes depending on physical activity or diet.
