Ingredientes
46% blend of OAT and rice flours in varying proportions (instant extruded oat flour, instant extruded rice flour), 45% blend of MILK proteins (whey protein concentrate from MILK, CFM® cross-flow microfiltered whey protein isolate from MILK, micellar casein from MILK), emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, cocoa powder (chocolate flavours only), (1.5 g/100 g) ground flax seeds (BevGrad™ XtraSmooth Flax seeds), flavouring, beetroot juice (strawberry-yogurt and forest fruit flavours only); salt, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame-K, steviol glycosides.
Dosis recomendada: 2 scoops (50 g)
Instrucciones de uso: 1. Protein Shake: Mix 2 scoops (50 g) with 250 ml of water or milk. Blend for 30 seconds with a hand or electric blender.
2. Protein Cream: Mix 2 scoops (50 g) with 180 ml of hot water or milk. Mix well with a fork or whisk until creamy. Wait 3 minutes before eating. It can be sweetened with honey and can also be served with nuts and/or fruit. The quantities of the mixture can be varied depending on your taste.
