Dosis recomendada: 10 capsules.
Instrucciones de uso: Take 5 capsules approximately 2 hours after breakfast and 5 capsules 30-60 minutes before physical activity with plenty of water. On days when you do not exercise, take 5 capsules before lunch and 5 capsules before dinner with plenty of water.
