Dosis recomendada: 1/2/3 scoops depending on body weight.
Instrucciones de uso: For people weighing up to 80 kg, take 1 scoop (5 g) daily 30 minutes before physical activity, for people weighing between 80 kg and 100 kg take 2 scoops (10 g) daily 30 minutes before physical activity and for people weighing more than 100 kg take 2 scoops (10 g) daily 30 minutes before physical activity and 1 scoop (5 g) 2 hours afterwards. Mix with water, juice or protein drink. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose!
