For persons weighing up to 80 kg, take 1 scoop (5.7 g) daily 30 minutes before physical activity, for persons weighing between 80 kg and 100 kg take 2 scoops (11.4 g) daily 30 minutes before physical activity and for persons weighing more than 100 kg take 2 scoops (11.4 g) daily 30 minutes before physical activity and 1 scoop (5.7 g) 2 hours afterwards. Mix 1 scoop (5.7 g) with 200 ml of water. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose!
