People weighing up to 80 kg: Take 5 tablets with 250 ml of water 30 minutes before physical activity. People weighing 80 kg to 100 kg: Take 10 tablets 30 minutes before physical activity. People weighing more than 100 kg: Take 10 tablets 30 minutes before physical activity and 5 tablets 2 hours after physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dose based on body weight.
