Buffered creatine monohydrate (Kre-Alkalyn®), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Days of physical activity: Take 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach, approx. 30 minutes before breakfast and then take 1-2 capsules 30 minutes before physical activity with 300 ml of water. Days of no physical activity: Take 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast and then take 1-2 capsules approx. 30 minutes before the last meal of the day (dinner) with 300 ml of water.
