D-aspartic acid (D-AA), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), stabilizer: Methocel® hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Take 5 capsules. The 5 capsules can be taken at once or can be divided into 2 doses. Use this product for a maximum period of 8 weeks and rest for 4 weeks before using again.
