Donuts Bomba Carrot Cake, a whim of height!
INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
80 g dates soaked in hot water until soft
150 g finely grated carrot
2 eggs
70 g of our Oatmash oat flour
20 g of mild olive oil
¾ tsp baking powder + ¼ baking soda
½ tsp ground cinnamon
For the filling:
65 g cream cheese
5 g erythritol
10 ml of milk and vanilla to taste
For coverage:
80 g sugar-free white chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
Get a protein dessert by adding Whey Pro Fusion or any of Amix's flavored proteins .
ELABORATION
For the dough:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC
- Beat the grated carrot with the eggs, oil and drained dates until blended.
- Mix with the dry ingredients and add raisins if desired.
- Divide into molds and bake for 18-20 minutes.
For the filling:
- Mix the filling ingredients and place in a pastry bag or spread with a spoon.
- Once the donuts are cool/cold, fill them with cream cheese and place them in the freezer for 10 minutes to cool thoroughly.
- Finally, add the white chocolate coating.
For coverage:
- Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and spread over the donuts.
- To finish… add chopped walnuts and that’s it!
