When did you get started in bodybuilding?
I started training in 2005, but it wasn't until 2016 that I made my debut in competition in the Mensphysique category. It was my current coach who, at that time, encouraged me to do so and I am grateful for that.
What has bodybuilding taught you?
I have learned to lead a healthy lifestyle, to take care of myself and to understand that every effort has its reward.
Your 3 Amix must-haves are…
The supplements that cannot be missed are: CFM protein , MAP and creatine .
Is there any competition that you remember in a special way?
The competitions I remember most fondly are the 2018 Spanish Cup, where I won my category, and the 2019 Arnold Classic Europe, where I came second in my category.
What projects do you have for this year?
2021 will be a difficult year due to Covid and my main goal is to continue to evolve and be ready for when everything is better. Then I will return to competition stronger!
Do you have any habits before competing?
My habit before competitions is to be tinted and fully prepared with enough time. This way I can be as relaxed as possible until they call me to go on stage.
