As always, we're sharing with you a new delicious option for those sweet-toothed days when you get the urge for something sweet. Do you dare to try this delicious Lemon Block? A fit alternative that lives up to any whim. Get the necessary ingredients and take note because... it's so worth it!
New recipe from our beloved @laura_fit that, as always, immediately awakens our sweet tooth. Eating well and advocating a fit life has nothing to do with limiting yourself to always eating the same thing. If you check out our blog , you'll see that every week we share with you a multitude of options that are so delicious that it seems like a joke that they can be integrated into a fit life. Well, that's right! And today we're betting on this one... Lemon block! It looks good and it's delicious!
Lemon block, tasty and fit!
INGREDIENTS
2 Amix Low Carb 33% lemon-lime bars.
350 g 0% whipped cheese.
200 ml light cooking cream.
50 g erythritol.
115 g mascarpone.
1 lemon (juice).
Yellow dye.
7 sheets of gelatin.
Get a protein dessert by adding Whey Pro Fusion or any of Amix's flavored proteins .
ELABORATION
- Put the bars in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Place them on the base of the mould (with greaseproof paper on the bottom) and press down. Put in the fridge.
- Beat all the ingredients, except the gelatin, with electric beaters.
- Put a finger of water in a cup and heat in the microwave.
- Add the hydrated gelatin and dissolve.
- Then, pour over the mixture and, using the rods (low speed), integrate.
- Pour into the mould and place in the freezer for 1-2 hours, depending on the desired texture.
