Well, well, well... We think we've discovered an unbeatable recipe and, suddenly, the wonderful @laura_fit arrives and shows us another one that's even more spectacular. Do you think we're exaggerating? There's only one way to find out... Put on your apron, because we're going to the kitchen! Do you dare to indulge in the most delicious fit pleasure? Well, don't wait a minute because you're about to try this Chocolate and Cherry Block... It looks good, right? Well, wait until you sink your teeth into it because it's finger-licking good!

Chocolate and cherry block

INGREDIENTS

120 g of Oatmash chocolate flavor oat flour.

5 g baking powder.

20 g fat-free cocoa powder.

160 ml skimmed milk.

30 g erythritol.

1 egg.

1 tsp vanilla.

70 g Sugar-free milk chocolate.

10 ml coconut oil.

If you want to give it a protein touch, you can always add a shot of one of our Amix protein powders to the mix.

ELABORATION

  1. Mix the flour, erythritol, cocoa and baking powder.
  2. Add the milk, 60 g of melted chocolate, the egg, vanilla and coconut oil. Mix well.
  3. Place in a greased mould and bake for 15 min at 180°C (20x20 square mould, or whatever you have).
  4. When it has cooled, divide it into two parts (two rectangles). On top of one of the parts, put a layer of mascarpone, then a layer of cherry jam (whatever you like) and another layer of mascarpone. Cover with another piece of cake.
  5. Put in the refrigerator to harden.
  6. Cut into portions.
