97% Creatine MagnaPower® magnesium creatine chelate (bisglycinate), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide
Dosis recomendada: 6 capsules.
Instrucciones de uso: Take 6 capsules 30-60 min. before physical activity. On days when you are not physically active, take 3-6 capsules during the day. It is recommended to drink 2-3 liters of water daily while taking creatine.
