White chocolate and red berries roll
INGREDIENTS
120g of our Oatmash white chocolate flavoured oat flour
25g of our Iso Prime CFM protein white chocolate flavour
5 g baking powder
1 Egg
100 g sugar-free white chocolate
250 ml skimmed or vegetable milk
40 g coconut oil
25 g erythritol
Homemade red berry jam (recipe on @laura_fit's IGTV). And if you want to give it a protein touch, you can add a spoonful of whey protein powder to the mixture.
ELABORATION
- Mix the flour, protein, yeast and erythritol.
- Add 150 ml of milk, melted coconut oil and egg. Mix well.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix.
- Pour into a mold (make a thin layer).
- Bake for 15 min at 180 ºC.
- Then break up the sponge cake and mix with 100 ml of milk.
- On plastic wrap, shape into a square or rectangular shape.
